Suggested use

Shake well. Take 1.2 mL (1/4 tsp) daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Spread the serving ize throughout the day and take on a full stomach. Start with a half serving if you have a sensitive stomach. Do not refrigerate.
